The Business Development Executive orchestrates sales growth and client relationship management through strategic initiatives and effective communication

Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets

Experience in consultative selling and relationship management is beneficial

Account handling: Handling the existing clients for new orders, existing requirements and referral business

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and identify business opportunities that align with the companys goals and objectives

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate potential opportunities

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

Effective presentation skills to pitch ideas and proposals

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs

Familiarity with competitive landscape and the ability to differentiate the companys offerings

Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role

Experience in B2B sales and/or relevant industry experience is highly desirable

Position Overview:
As a Customer Account Holder, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts and driving sales growth

You will work closely with existing clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue generation

Develop a deep understanding of clients businesses, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of products and exceed client expectations

Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies

Prepare sales reports and forecasts, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to management

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience in customer account management, preferably in the B2B Business

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and provide customized solutions

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
