Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Specialist to drive growth and build strategic partnerships for Fashion TV India. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to engage potential business partners and expand our brand presence across various segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth:
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and clients to drive growth for Fashion TV India.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through franchising, licensing, partnerships, and media collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and influencers in the industry.

  • Market Research Analysis:
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to inform business strategies and decision-making.

  • Partnership Development:
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to execute mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements to maximize business opportunities.

  • Brand Promotion:
  • Represent Fashion TV India in various industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and presence.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with brand strategy.

  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of new business initiatives and ensure that all milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of business goals.

  • Reporting and Performance Tracking:
  • Regularly update leadership on the status of business development efforts, new opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Prepare and present business reports, proposals, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within media, fashion, or luxury industries.
  • Strong understanding of business growth strategies, franchising, and licensing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze data, trends, and market conditions to drive informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
