Overview
The International Telecaller role is vital for our organizations expansion into global markets. As a key member of the marketing and sales team, the Telecaller is responsible for initiating conversations with potential clients from various countries to promote our products and services. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a knack for understanding diverse cultural perspectives, and the ability to adapt messages for various audiences. Telecallers play a significant role in generating leads and fostering relationships that drive sales growth, which is essential for our competitive edge. Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients across international markets.
  • Engage potential customers and articulate our products benefits effectively.
  • Understand client needs and customize sales pitches accordingly.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document conversations and manage lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through referrals and seeking out potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align initiatives and campaigns.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product and market knowledge.
  • Adapt communication styles to cater to diverse cultural audiences.
  • Report weekly on call outcomes and marketing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and call center technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by international client time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and contacts.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new selling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in conducting market analysis and using data-driven strategies.
  • Prior experience in the international market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • A professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

I visited for an interview and found the office ambience very pleasing, though the office assistant didn't offer me coffee. Despite being shortlisted in the first round, I didn't proceed to the second round. However, the positive atmosphere and enthusiastic staff left a lasting impression. Though not successful this time, i aspire to join this company in the future.

The in all office experience is great and everything is in order only the communication between department can be improved.
