We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to build the teams that will drive our real estate brand licensing initiatives. This role will focus on recruiting top talent for a variety of roles within this exciting vertical, including business development, sales, marketing, project management, and legal. If you have a passion for identifying and attracting exceptional talent and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business unit.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from requisition to offer acceptance) for roles within the Fashion TV real estate brand licensing vertical.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant real estate experience, including experience in branded residences, luxury developments, and related fields.
Partner closely with the Head of Real Estate Brand Licensing and other key stakeholders to understand their specific talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with the Fashion TV brand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and relevant networks within the real estate sector.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics within the real estate and luxury sectors.
Contribute to employer branding efforts that showcase Fashion TVs unique position in the real estate market.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a demonstrated focus on the real estate industry.
Experience recruiting for roles related to branded residences, luxury real estate developments, or similar projects is highly preferred.
Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Results-oriented and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
