We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to build the teams that will drive our real estate brand licensing initiatives. This role will focus on recruiting top talent for a variety of roles within this exciting vertical, including business development, sales, marketing, project management, and legal. If you have a passion for identifying and attracting exceptional talent and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business unit.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from requisition to offer acceptance) for roles within the Fashion TV real estate brand licensing vertical.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant real estate experience, including experience in branded residences, luxury developments, and related fields.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Real Estate Brand Licensing and other key stakeholders to understand their specific talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with the Fashion TV brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and relevant networks within the real estate sector.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics within the real estate and luxury sectors.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts that showcase Fashion TVs unique position in the real estate market.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a demonstrated focus on the real estate industry.
  • Experience recruiting for roles related to branded residences, luxury real estate developments, or similar projects is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Results-oriented and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
