Manager - Business Development - Staffing Firm (13-18 yrs)

Objective:

To drive the growth of the payroll services / Temp Staffing services by identifying and securing new business opportunities across Pan India.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Professional Degree with 10 to 20 years of experience.

Experience:

- Strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the recruitment and staffing industry.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably within the payroll industry.

- Experience in Payroll Contracts, Contract Staffing, and Executive Search.

Skills:

- Highly goal-oriented.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel across Pan India.

Responsibilities:

- Stay updated with industry trends, payroll regulations, and best practices to effectively position and differentiate payroll services.

- Collaborate with decision-makers, including HR Directors and Talent Acquisition Heads.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and conduct contract negotiations to close new deals.
