Roles and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 4 years successful direct sales experience in Staffing services/Recruitment.
- Will be responsible for Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.
- Client relationship Management.
- Well versed with IT,Non-IT & RPO Services. Positioning services and staffing.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals to ensure a constant flow of revenue streams through new client acquisitions.
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business & manage the team.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Decent understanding of technology concepts and its application. Should be able to evaluate technical skills reasonably.
- Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective.
- Ability to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.
- Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrator by meeting their IT Consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consulting to them, so they can see the value in collaborating with us.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- New customer acquisitions basis the company's service catalogue.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet the targets.
- Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written.
- Good listening skills.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Good presentation skills, must be able to make & deliver presentations.
- Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities
