Senior Business Development Manager


Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Manager Business Development (Government Staffing) at Netxcell Limited in Hyderabad.

- The role involves working closely with government clients to understand their staffing needs, developing new business opportunities in the government sector, and providing comprehensive solutions in the Contractual Staffing solutions.

- Netxcell is seeking an experienced and dynamic- Business Development Manager to lead and expand our staffing business within the government sector.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong network within government departments, exceptional skills in bidding, proposal creation, and contract negotiation, and a proven track record in securing contract hiring business in the government domain with a strong focus on revenue generation and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:

- Create and execute a strategic plan to drive growth in the government staffing sector.

- Stay updated on market trends, funding opportunities, and government hiring initiatives.

- Identify and pursue staffing contract opportunities within the government sector.

Government Sector Engagement:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments, agencies, and procurement officials.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their staffing needs and proposing appropriate solutions.

Proposal and Bidding Management:

- Prepare, submit, and manage government tenders and RFP responses.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to government requirements.

- Ensure compliance with all government procurement regulations.

Strategic Revenue Growth:

- Develop and execute a robust business strategy aimed at maximizing revenue generation from government sector staffing contracts.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the government sector.

- Focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

- Monitor and report on sales pipeline, bidding success rates, and client acquisition metrics.

- Work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

- Minimum 15 years in business development, in staffing or recruitment with a focus on government contracts.

- Proven track record in securing large-scale staffing contracts in the government sector.

Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in government tendering and bidding processes.

- Proficient in proposal writing, presentations, and contract negotiation.

Networking:

- Extensive network of contacts within government departments and agencies.

- Ability to leverage relationships for business growth.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.

Education:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Qualifications:

- Business Development, Government Staffing, and Strategic Planning skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience in developing and managing client relationships.

- Market analysis and industry trend analysis skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Experience in the telecom or mobile technology sector is a plus.
