Shift Timings: 07:30 PM - 04:30 AM IST.
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days.
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) - Day 1 from Onsite.
About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Hyderabad or Noida.
- This role is integral to driving the growth of our US IT Staffing business.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven relationships with Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, or direct clients, and the ability to be immediately productive.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clients in the US IT Staffing industry.
- Onboard new clients and deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients to expand the business portfolio.
- Leverage your network and market knowledge to open doors and drive business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and provide strategic staffing solutions in a timely manner.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Be confident and proactive in reaching out to clients through calls and other communication channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the US IT Staffing industry as a Business Development role.
- Strong client relationships with the ability to acquire and manage Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a confident, proactive approach to making client calls.
- Smart, analytical, and strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (aligned with US business hours).
