Job Description:.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the US IT staffing industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Account Management:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and support.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure continuous business growth.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to promote the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the US IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing processes, technologies, and client requirements in the US market.
