Job Profile - Motor Marketing (Business Development).
Position Location: Mumbai (Airoli).
Reporting to Head of Marketing.
Industry Prefer - Only Induction Motor Industry candidate.
Year of experience - 5 year to 13 years.
Purpose:
- Coordinate marketing activities for the Motors business at all India level.
- Provide inputs into pricing for customized and stock and sell Motors to ensure maximum benefit to BBL and build customer base.
- Identify market and product gaps and explore possibilities in them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation of the marketing strategy for Motors across all regions.
- Provide inputs into development of a market entry plan for Motors for unexplored markets identified as high potential.
- Identify consultant enlistment opportunities and ensure enlistment and preference for BBL with the same.
- Conduct risk evaluation exercises for entry into new markets and business areas.
- Conceptualize and drive promotions and marketing programs designed to maximize visibility and brand awareness of available products among target groups.
- Coordinate conduct of presentation to potential clients for the purpose of business development.
- Coordinate participation in various trade fairs / meets / promotional activities, etc.
- Assist in developing a pricing strategy for motors based on desired positioning, component cost, dealer feedback etc.
- Coordinate with the regional sales team to ensure regular exchange of relevant information relating to customers etc.
- Formulate a price list for stock and sell motors for distribution to dealers and customers.
- Collate information on key accounts through meetings / interactions and research and develop intimate knowledge of key accounts business drivers, strategy, and challenges and identify new value proposition opportunities.
- Develop customized integrated service offerings for key account clients based on value proposition and provide the necessary support to the regional sales teams in business development.
- Guide the regional sales teams preparation of quotations and technical specifications for orders involving key account clients.
