Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete cycle of business acquisition, service delivery and business expansion for a set of key customer accounts
- Revenue pipeline management through the increase of wallet share with existing customers and through the acquisition of new customers in the defined industry segment
- Proactively build and maintain trusted client relationships through an effective solution and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service
- Utilize market insights to develop tailored strategies and offerings that address customer requirements and market demands.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and market expansion initiatives.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Setting goals for the Sales team and developing strategies to achieve the goals
- Creating SOPs to improve the client acquisition process
An Ideal candidate:
- 9-12 years of experience in Business Development and Sales in manufacturing industry
- Experience in Project Management - manufacturing like Tata projects, EPCs, or project consulting firms and sales (working for B2B companies like Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, KPMG, Deloitte, PWC etc.), working closely with projects team and procurement teams of large industrial companies is required
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects, work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Should be target driven and able to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines.
