Role Description:

- Tyresoles is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, Gujarat.

- The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, leading and mentoring the sales team, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership.

- Strong ability to achieve and surpass sales targets in a competitive market.

- Proficiency in market analysis and business development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, products, and services.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Previous experience in the automotive or tyre industry is a plus.
