Bharat Financial Inclusion - Regional Manager (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional sales and business strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.

- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple branches or locations within the assigned region.

- Ensure efficient and effective operations, including customer service, sales, and administrative functions.

- Monitor and control operational expenses within budget.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of branch managers and other key personnel.

- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs.

- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high levels of performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the region.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues effectively.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

- Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within a relevant industry (e.g , sales, operations, retail, FMCG).

- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
