Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of proven experience in managing complex technical projects, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of both technical and business requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that the goals are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, architects, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure project alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure they align with client or stakeholder expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery within budget and on time.
• Monitor and track project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring proper documentation of decisions, actions, and follow-up items.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and scope changes.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with product management and other departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices for project management and software development.
• Lead and mentor junior project managers and other team members.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in managing technical projects in an Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environment.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development, cloud technologies, IT systems, and systems integration.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make tough decisions and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications is highly preferred.
