Job Description


  • Full time job of lead generation of potential customers (across India as well as Global) and share detailed information with the Sales Team.
  • Identify and approach potential  customers through various channels cold calling, e-mails, social media, networking events, specifically for EMS manufacturing capacity and services.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Schedule Sales team meetings with customers key members for our Services demonstration-Presentation. 
  • Work closely with the sales head to develop effective strategies and solutions to attract potential customers.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and ensure a consistent approach to attracting and converting leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads through regular follow-ups, providing relevant information, and addressing customers queries.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and quotations tailored to client needs and share with customers.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to keep customers engaged and supported.
  • Fast Response and resolution time of customers queries/support through mails, phone calls.
  • Key coordination & communication around  customer life cycle with customers and internal stakeholders  till customer onboard successfully.
  • Real time updates and maintain all leads details with status and share leads report with Project head CRM Tool.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Responsible for generating and converting leads into sales for EMS manufacturing capacity and allied services.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target OEMs, startups, and enterprises requiring EMS solutions.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and ensure high-value deal closures.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through trade shows, cold calling, and market intelligence.
  • Work with the Product team & delivery management team  to ensure smooth execution of service contracts.
  • To capture the leads from marketing in CRM and maintain database of the same with Qualification criteria
  • Research and track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.

To qualify for the role, you must have


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively demonstrate products and solutions to potential clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and work well in a team.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position the company’s services effectively.
  • Proficiency in understanding and assessing client requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.

Qualification and Experience:


  • A bachelor’s degree At least 2-3+ years of experience in Sales/pre-sales activities.
  • Deep understanding of the EMS field (Electronics Manufacturing Services) and selling services.
