Raw Lead Handling: Call and engage with raw leads from various sources to understand their requirements and filter qualified prospects.
Lead Qualification: Assess and categorize leads, ensuring only relevant leads are passed on to the sales team.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule Experience Center (EC) or Virtual Calls (VC) with potential clients, coordinating with Sales Consultants to align availability.
Follow-ups Engagement: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates and drive appointments.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through multiple channels (social media, property listings, builder networks, etc.).
Data Management: Maintain an accurate lead database, track follow-up status, and provide regular updates to management.
Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth handover of leads for consultation and closure.
Customer Experience: Ensure a positive pre-sales experience, setting the tone for successful client engagement with Decotales.
Qualifications and Expertise :
1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or tele-calling roles.
Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant field.
Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, prioritize follow-ups, and schedule appointments efficiently.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting targets and generating new leads.
Basic knowledge of the interior design industry or experience working in a related field is a bonus.
Proficient in CRM software and other lead management tools.
