Key Responsibilities:

• Craft job descriptions and hire top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end.

Onboarding and Training:

• Conduct inductions and initial training for new hires.
• Provide support and guidance during their first week.

• Organize Fun Friday activities and engagement events.
• Implement rewards and recognition programs.

4. Payroll and Attendance:

Track attendance and manage payroll.

Administer benefits and compensation.

Ensure smooth and clear exit processes.

Conflict Management and Retention:

Resolve workplace conflicts promptly.

Implement retention strategies to manage attrition.

Appraisals and Incentives:

Coordinate performance appraisals.

Manage incentive programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven HR Generalist experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
