Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar positions
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for blue-collar and white-collar roles
• Manage the hiring process for blue-collar and white-collar positions from screening to offer
• Ensure timely and efficient recruitment for both types of positions
• Maintain candidate database and build a talent pipeline for blue-collar and white-collar hiring needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Graduation is a must

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 ₹30,000 CTC + PF + ESI benefits

Job Type: Full-time
