Sales Executive

Greetings,

We are currently looking for Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in domains like POS, Thermal Printer, Operating System, Payment RFID, etc..

Location - Lucknow , Vijayawada , Jaipur , Indore , Chandigarh

Responsibilities:

• Must meet mutually accepted targets for respective product group / item
• Should use all medium of sales and marketing to promote Ethics and its products
• Should establish linearity in sales count, measured only through invoiced quantities
• Should ensure the average collection timelines do not exceeding 30 calendar days from date of invoice.
• Should provide continuous feedback on Market dynamics, competitions, challenges, product launches and price points.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients & dealers and understanding their requirements.
• Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products/services.
• Negotiating/close deals and handling complaints or objections.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and developments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in Field sales.
• Should have experience and knowledge in POS, Payment, RFID, Operating system, related
• competitor analyses and AIDC Technology. Having an existing network is an added plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Proficiency in English and respective local languages
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with dealers & customers and work in a team.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Must know the Local language (preferable)
• Bachelor's degree or more in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
