Job Description
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales growth across retail channels.
- Plan and implement promotional activities, including in-store promotions, trade shows, and product launches, to engage customers and boost sales.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and promotions, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align trade marketing activities with business objectives and sales targets.
- Manage and distribute trade marketing materials (e.g., POS displays, merchandising tools) to ensure proper brand representation in retail outlets.
- Build strong relationships with key retail partners to drive shelf space, in-store visibility, and brand presence.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities, retail execution, and customer feedback.
- Track and manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to allocated resources.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure trade campaigns align with overall brand strategies.
- Prepare detailed trade marketing performance reports to measure ROI and present actionable insights for future campaigns.
