Executive - Trade Marketing (4-5 yrs)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Planning & budgeting of annual trade scheme & preparing calendar as per business strategy

- Plan & design monthly schemes for various regions and partner with regional sales teams

- Ensuring efficiency of trade scheme & engaging regional sales leadership for periodic dialogue.

- Ensuring effective scheme utilization & evaluating its impact on regular intervals (monthly) and designing improvement plans.

- Develop and execute loyalty program for key retails channels like Top GT outlets, Standalone outlets and Wholesale.

- Lead planning and execution of special input plans for various channels like distributors & stockiest during high sales months. (festivals)
