Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and help us find top-tier technical talent for a variety of IT positions. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidates to fulfill all open requirements within the business target closure timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Proactively search for and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to match candidates with suitable roles.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical screenings and interviews with hiring managers or technical teams.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and expectations for each position.
Advise on job market trends and assist with shaping job descriptions.
Offer Management:
Present and negotiate job offers to selected candidates.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by assisting with contract documentation and new hire orientation.
Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide regular status updates and reports to hiring managers and HR leadership.
Market Research & Networking:
Stay current on IT industry trends and competitive hiring strategies.
Build a strong network of technical professionals to leverage for future hiring.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in recruiting for IT roles (3+ years).
Strong understanding of technical skills and IT industry requirements.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing skills using various channels (eg., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
