Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions within the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles including technical, managerial, and project-based positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and industry-specific platforms.
- Evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and experience to ensure they meet job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Manage recruitment databases and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and candidate status.
