Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Qualtrics Manager to join our team who can lead and contribute to the development and integration of Qualtrics-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in experience management platforms, particularly Qualtrics, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining programs that enhance customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Qualtrics XM solutions to support enterprise-level customer and employee experience programs.
• Strong Architect skillset
• Experience of handling more than 10 member team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Qualtrics projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Customize and configure Qualtrics surveys, dashboards, and reports to meet project objectives.
• Integrate Qualtrics with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and analysis.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with Qualtrics features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-9 years of experience working with Qualtrics XM platform.
• Minimum of 8-11 years of overall IT experience.
• Certified in Customer and Employee technology on Qualtrics
• Strong understanding of survey design, data collection, and analysis.
• Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for survey customization.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge on GenAI, RPA, low code platforms would be added adantage

• Proficiency in Qualtrics platform and tools.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
