Job Description

- Knowledge in the review of statutory and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) income tax provisions
- Knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures (e.g. DRD, OID, Intercompany Deferrals, Corporate Actions, etc.)
- Experience with International taxation, and a solid knowledge of Tax forms including "5471" OR "8858" OR "8865" OR "1118".
- Basic Experience in applying the IRS rules regarding Investment, Market discount, OID Premium and loss reserve.
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance
- At least 6 months-3 years of experience, preferably in the similar field.
