Turnaround Planner

Maintenance & Turnaround Planning - Bangalore

This position plays a critical role in the Maintenance and Turnaround organization, focusing on developing detailed job plans, accurate resource estimates, and fully integrated schedules for turnarounds in Refining and LNG assets.

Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate across teams (Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability) to deliver comprehensive turnaround plans.
-Generate cost and schedule estimates while validating and documenting scope.
-Utilize scheduling tools (Primavera) and coordinate with Procurement for material tracking.
-Engage with facilities and contractors to ensure alignment on schedules and provide updates to stakeholders.
-Drive improvements by adopting digital tools and documenting lessons learned to refine planning processes.

Required Qualifications:
-3 to 5 years of field experience in maintenance turnarounds for complex process facilities.
-Degree in a relevant Engineering or Maintenance discipline.
