10+ years of Process Design and Implementation experience preferably in HR

Consulting /Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Knowledge of HR technologies services.

7+ years experience in managing transformation programs / complex, largescale process design from scope to completion for large RPOs.

The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/master s degree with 8 to 15

years of relevant work experience in a sourcing/recruitment role, with a

minimum of 2 years of people management experience

The ideal candidate should have an ability to work as an individual contributor as

well as lead projects and provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex

problems and assist junior team members.
