Responsibilities

Represent as a single point of contact under the Telecom license for AP LSA


Interface with DOT, NSCS, TRAI, TERM-AP, CCA-AP, TRAI-AP offices
Interface with other telecom service providers, internet service providers, multiple service providers (TSP, ISP, MSO) in Telangana state

What You ll Do

Work with internal teams to be responsible for all compliances (Financial, Technical & Regulatory) including Subscriber, Tariff, AGR, License fee, Network, QoS reports and filings
Meetings with officials at TERM, TRAI, CCA offices in AP LSA upto Director level (capability to conduct meetings with DDG will be an added advantage)
Close liaison with TERM cell in the circle of operation i

Exposure to servicing of new contracts related to NSO-VNO, TSP-MSO and bandwidth contracts
Exposure to Trusted Telecom Portal, Bharatkosh, SARAS portals
Overseeing the verification of Customer acquisition forms (CAF)
Checking of terms and conditions on tariff plan changes (if any)
Internal coordination on tariff plan changes (if any)
Clarifications to clients internal team from time to time on regulatory issues, drafting letters and other correspondence
Managing the documentation, reporting for all regulatory compliances under Unified License

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Graduate in any field

Technical / professional qualifications would be added advantage

Post graduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM

A hardworking and performing individual who works for a collaborative experience and who is passionate about new projects

You are a true teammate and love to learn

Experience

5+ years of experience in a similar role in Telco/Service Provider


Ideal candidate should have served as a Nodal officer with any TSP/ISP

People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements

You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions
