Center Delivery Lead - Assistant Manager - Workplace Enablement Services
Position Summary: The Center Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to stakeholders by managing vendor relationships, team performance, compliance with organizational policies, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to process improvement, emergency management, and employee engagement, with a strong focus on maintaining budget discipline and operational efficiency.
The role focuses on keeping clients satisfied with the efficient management of services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets and helping teams responsible for getting services delivered to business.
