Job Description
- Provide support to the team in efficiency and productivity of managing an engagement
- Support on marketing pitches
- Data analysis, financial analysis and modelling
- Market research (primary and secondary)
- Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them.
- Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations
- Have experience in Valuations
- Good communication both written and oral (including report writing)
- Analytical skills should be well conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Execute the work on multiple client base.
- Develop rapport with middle layers of Client Management.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant with good academic background and 5+ years of relevant post qualification work experience.
Experience
- Worked with Big4 firms or with reupted investment banks with experience in transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, and strategy verticals will be preferred
- Industry experience primarily in data analysis, MIS and Project financing and handling.
