The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

- Manage workload and priorities to deliver agreed upon project milestones and objectives set by the business unit or function.
- Prepare high and detailed estimations of effort to achieve a preferred solution.
- Collaborate and support other team members during requirements, design, build, and test phases.
- Provide subject matter expertise in one or more system or applications.
- Provides input to staffing plans at the project-level to identify key / required skills.
- Holds project team resources accountable to their deliverables and ensures project execution.
- Lead and mentor less experienced staff.
Project demands may from time to time require work during non-standard business hours.
Skills and attributes for success
- Certification in SAP Transportation Management 9.5 or above is preferred (Not Mandatory).
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7 years business experience or related experience on medium to large scale projects.
- Proven record of interacting with multiple business units or functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experienced working with ambiguity and a fast paced and changing environment.
- Strong problem solving/decision-making skills.
- Experience leading, persuading and influencing others, including senior level internal and external personnel.
- Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues.
- SAP or ERP the following areas: Supply Chain Execution, Transportation Management.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelors: Commerce/ Science / Engineering background from a premier institute preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP Consulting
- Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Ideally, you ll also have
Functional & Technical Experience SAP Transportation Management (TM)
Functional & Technical Experience SAP Transportation Management (TM)
- Should have exposure to SAP Embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA
- Should have expertise in Shipper & LSP Scenario
- Should have Expertise in Freight Unit/Freight Order/Freight Booking/Service Order/Forwarding Order/Settlement Document, Order Integration Setup and Freight Unit Building Rules.
- Should have Expertise in Page Layout in Transportation Cockpit, Selection Profiles, Planning Profiles, Tendering Profiles.
- Should have expertise in Transportation Execution, Assignment of Carriers, Charge Calculation and Settlement.
Should have String Technical and Problem-Solving Experience in the below:
- Must be expert in OOP ABAP
- Must be we'll versed with SAP TM BOBF Elements, Business Objects, Different Types of Nodes and Sub nodes.
- Must be comfortable in Business Object Enhancements, Custom Business Objects.
- Must be able to work in FPM UI Enhancements and customization.
- Experience also needed in POWL, Post processing Framework and Process Controllers.
