Job Description
- Ensure high-quality in service delivery
- Maintain interpersonal skills to engage with peers and other seniors of the firm, in matrixed, geographically dispersed organization and to build a solid network for collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to improving the processes and propose credible options
- Capability to understand an end-to-end process
- Understanding of EY delivery methodology for Global Compliance Reporting/Tax Finance Operate engagements
- Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and packages such as Excel or Power BI
- Basic knowledge on Tax and Accounting
- Have excellent quality in service delivery
- Ensure the standard operating procedure is followed
- Flag the risks appropriately at right time
- Have an analytical mindset, quick learner and capability to adapt to a dynamic environment and be able to deliver work in a structured manner
- Have the ability to coordinate project activities and work well with different teams including geographically dispersed resources across multiple teams within EY and the client side
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
- Bachelors or master s degree, preferably Commerce or Business Management
- 1 - 2 years experience of working in a multi-cultural and team environment
