Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Indirect tax litigation and advisory
Advising on legal and compliance issues relating to requirements under indirect tax.
Issuing legal opinions and memorandums on various issues relating to indirect tax.
Drafting of writ petitions, reply to SCN, appeals, etc.
Good knowledge of legal issues and keeps abreast of developments in law.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Bachelor degree in law or a qualified chartered accountant

Experience

4-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in indirect tax
