Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Global Onboarding function. As a Global Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in onboarding private clients, supporting the transition of private onboarding activities to India from local entities, and enhancing the regulatory capacity to meet ongoing AML requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard private clients for the Global Onboarding function based in India, supporting the transition from local entities and building regulatory capacity to perform ongoing AML requirements, ongoing due diligence (ODD), CTF, and tax client evaluations.
• Conduct performance reviews for the team and ensure consistent team performance.
• Streamline and optimize onboarding processes, and contribute actively to creating and maintaining global policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Identify and escalate potential areas for process improvement and system automation, focusing on enhancing the client experience.
• Participate in the insourcing of onboarding tasks from regions and integrate them into day-to-day work for the teams when required.
• Engage positively with stakeholders and maintain a high service level at all times.
• Ensure that SLAs are met for processing incoming cases and agreed quality standards are maintained.
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders within the Global Onboarding and KYC teams.
• Take ownership of implementing new features and incorporating new rules and regulations into the teams processes.

Mandates:

• Education: Graduate or equivalent degree.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in KYC and onboarding.
• Skills:
• Ability to multitask across core onboarding activities and related administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant experience in KYC, onboarding, and client due diligence.
