EY - Data Strategy & Management Consultant (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Expertise in defining strategy for Data Quality/Data Governance/ Master Data Management/ Data Migration/ Business Intelligence projects

- Thorough understanding and implementation experience of one or more of the below areas needed:

Master Data Management/Data Governance/Data Quality

- Data Ingestion, ETL, Dimensional Modelling, Data Migration, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Visualization

- Expertise in requirement gathering and business analysis in Data Projects

- Strong track record of End-to-end project/program management/change management is important and working with business stakeholders (senior Managers/Directors) to drive communication regarding risks, governance, project plans/timelines, etc.

- Experience in planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management, budget management etc.

- Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between the Project team, Product owner, Technical Team.

- Coordinate with Product/Data Owners on demand planning/forecasting, plan delivery with PMs/stakeholders and partner with respective implementation teams.

- Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, oral and written communication skills are non-negotiable.

- Should be self-driven and proactive as the work involves talking to various teams in a cross-matrix organization and get an understanding of the process and alignment.
