IT Coordinator / Product Manager

We are seeking an IT Coordinator who will also function as a Product Manager to oversee the operation and enhancement of our business-managed applications. This role requires effective coordination with stakeholders to ensure that applications not only meet business needs but also comply with regulations and are continuously improved. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in product management, with a strong focus on operational aspects, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to support the operation and development of enhancements for business-managed applications.
• Assume product management responsibilities for designated IT products or product groups, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance regulations.
• Facilitate communication between teams to align project objectives and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
• Manage budgeting and vendor relationships, including experience with Indian vendors, and oversee financial management and licensing.
• Provide user support by acting as a liaison between users and product teams, addressing ticketing issues and ensuring database functionality.
• Assist with project management office (PMO) functions to ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to product management, application enhancements, stakeholder engagement, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in a product management role, demonstrating a clear understanding of product management responsibilities and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with an emphasis on operational and compliance aspects of product management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, costing, and vendor management processes, along with experience in financial management related to IT products.
• Familiarity with product management principles, application lifecycle, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, DORA).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage change processes.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of application development processes and security measures, including vulnerability management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in operations processes and familiarity with change advisory concepts.

Nice to Have:

• Good communication skills in German at a minimum B1 level.
• Experience as an IT Project Manager.
• In-depth project finance knowledge.
