Job Description

The role requires expertise in agile and waterfall project methodologies, including a clear understanding of their deliverables. A solid grasp of the trade lifecycle, global regulations, and trading or investment banking processes is essential. The Business Analyst will manage project stakeholders, work closely with project managers and business sponsors, and lead requirement-gathering sessions to create business requirement specification documents.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an investment banking environment is mandatory, along with exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills. The role involves interfacing with business users to analyze and define business and functional requirements, as well as defining testing objectives and collaborating with testing teams.

Domain expertise should cover areas such as trade lifecycles, SDLC, trade processing, regulatory reporting, collateral management, or derivatives operations. Process change experience, particularly with agile methodologies and tools, is a must. Critical thinking skills are essential for anticipating issues and planning stakeholder elicitation sessions.
