Job Description: Corporate Learning & Development (L&D)
Position Title: Assistant Manager/Manager L&D
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Reports to: HR Head
Department: Human Resources
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Corporate Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and executing a variety of learning and development programs that foster employee growth, enhance skills, and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with leaders across the company to understand training needs, create tailored learning experiences, and measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learning & Development Strategy:
o Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with the companys goals, culture, and business objectives.
o Develop a learning roadmap to build leadership capabilities, enhance employee performance, and support career development.
• Training Program Design and Delivery:
o Lead employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and effective introduction for new hires.
• Employee Engagement and Development:
o Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
o Develop personalized learning paths and career development programs to support employee growth and succession planning.
o Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, helping them navigate career development opportunities.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting:
o Measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
o Prepare and present reports to leadership on training outcomes, ROI, and suggestions for program improvements.
o Use data and feedback to continuously improve training offerings and employee development initiatives.
