Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager Investor Relations

Position Overview: As the Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager of Investor Relations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of shareholder satisfaction by resolving the shareholders queries within specified times. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer/shareholder service and sound understanding of the stock market.

Broader Role / Direct Responsibilities:

• Handling the daily operations of the Investor Relations department to ensure prompt and effective resolution of shareholder inquiries and issues received through emails and phone calls. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Shareholder satisfaction and loyalty

• Capable of resolving escalated queries

• Hands on experience of handling shareholder/customer related queries

• Continuously evaluate and optimize Shareholder support processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to Shareholders inquiries, requests, and complaints.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure seamless communication

• MIS Reporting

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of working in the similar role

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work Individually and in a team environment
