The HR Analytics Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR data to support decision-making processes, workforce planning, and improve overall HR performance. The role will focus on leveraging data analysis, reporting tools, and HR systems to generate insights, create reports, and help HR leaders drive key organizational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, analyze, and manage HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, etc.).
• Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key HR metrics such as employee performance, turnover, retention, recruitment effectiveness, etc.
• HR Strategy Support: Provide actionable insights to support HR decision-making, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to HR processes based on data analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• HR System Management: Ensure HR software and tools (HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.) are optimized for data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, leadership teams, and other departments to ensure alignment of HR analytics with overall business goals.
• Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies when managing and reporting HR data.
• Training & Support: Train HR staff and other stakeholders on using analytics tools and interpreting reports and insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or MIS roles.
• Proficiency with HR software, HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, retention, performance evaluation, and compensation analysis.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Excellent communication skills to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in advanced statistical analysis or machine learning.
• Certifications in HR analytics (e.g., SHRM or HRCI certifications).
• Strong proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Working days: Monday to Friday + Last Saturday working
