Job Title:Manager- Data & Analytics.

Overview of the Role.

Mindshare is looking for a Manager- Data & Analytics to lead the development and delivery of high-quality weekly and monthly reports that provide actionable insights into campaign performance.

This role requires expertise in data handling, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with dashboarding tools like Power BI.

Experience with marketing measurement tools such as Brand Tracks, Kantar Worldpanel (KWP), or similar is a strong advantage..

Key Responsibilities.

Generate and deliver weekly and monthly campaign performance reports..

Analyse data to extract actionable insights and recommend improvements for campaign effectiveness..

Work closely with internal teams to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and relevance..

Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or similar platforms..

Ensure efficient data handling, cleansing, and integration to support reporting needs..

Collaborate with teams using marketing measurement tools such as Brand Tracks, KWP, and others to provide deeper insights..

What Youll Bring.

Data Mastery:Strong data handling skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.)..

Dashboard Skills:Basic experience in building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Power BI or similar..
