Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the growth and development of our employees.

Job Description

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning and development

programs aligned with the organizations strategic goals, with a specific focus on the Finance / Fintech / Wealth Tech domain.

Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments of learning requirements on a large scale and formulate effective training strategies

Design content for various learning modes, including physical, virtual, and dynamic training.

Create engaging and effective training materials, courses, and resources tailored for the Learning Management System (LMS) portal.

Design and deliver internal training programs aimed at enhancing employees skills and knowledge in the Finance / Fintech / Wealth Tech domain.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills and design targeted training interventions to address these gaps.

Organize and lead external webinars and training sessions to educate external stakeholders on pertinent topics.

Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs using appropriate

metrics and feedback mechanisms, with a commitment to improving and enhancing learning outcomes.

Develop and implement processes for trainer empanelment, enrolment, and

enablement.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in relevant domains to ensure training programs remain current and relevant.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, promoting employee engagement and career growth.

Desired candidate profile:

Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in Learning and Development in the Finance domain.

Proven experience in creating and delivering training materials and programs for an LMS portal.

Strong understanding of Finance concepts, processes, and best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in utilizing various instructional design methodologies and e-learning authoring tools.

Certifications in Learning and Development or related fields will be an advantage.
