Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and a keen understanding of the business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Administrative Support: Manage the executive s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle expense reports.

-Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive.

-Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.

-Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the executive.

-Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

-Travel Coordination: Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the executive.

Selection process and timelines :

Once we have your application, our Talent team will review and reach out if we find your profile suited for the current requirements.

Expect at least 3 rounds to assess your articulation communication, general aptitude, attitude and team fitment. You will be quizzed for your role-related knowledge and general cognitive ability.
