RESPONSIBILTIES:
A) Manpower Planninq: Contract Labour Management Proactive approach:
Annual Calendar Prepare to identify shortage days, weeks and months and make a contingency plan accordingly. Buffer manpower management in shortage days.
Engagement of Apprentice, EPP and NEEM, initiate Multiskilling actions with HOD's and compliance under apprentice act. - Monthly
B) Contract Labour Management: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually.
Contractors Bills authorization, attendance system tracking, review of reports and ensure their compliance - Monthly
Contractors review weekly, Counselling for the discipline - Weekly
Contractor's report card - Monthly, Availability review plan v/s actual - weekly
Budget preparation and compliance, report to Cluster Business Head & Head ER.
C) Plant Administration: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly
Statutory Compliance of the plant as per applicable laws - Monthly
Security management system review - daily report, surprise visits, Vigilance Report - Daily
Plant Upkeepness, Housekeeping reviews, Building maintenance - repairs - Daily and Weekly.
D) Industrial Relations:
To build the repo with Union Committee members, to resolve the daily issues and counselling of Unionized workmen for indiscipline issues. Daily Plant round. To conduct Monthly Grievance Meeting with Union and HOD's of the plant - Monthly. To conduct Canteen Committee meeting, To ensure Wage Agreement Compliance - Monthly. Productivity data monitoring and Reporting - Monthly, Report Daily. Data preparation and meeting coordination for the wage agreement.
E) Payroll Management:
CLMS - report review - monthly, to ensure Statutory compliance - Monthly
Review of On roll employees payroll compliance and Contract labours payment compliance Monthly
F) Employee Health and Safety:
Audit compliance, Training, Fulfill Legal and other requirements, Safety Actions - Monthly.
G) Employee engagement activities:
To Organize Monthly recognitions, Women's day celebration, Sports activities, Blood Donation camps, Get Together etc.
H) Performance Management System / Training & Development:
Facilitator, Trainer, Bel curve Report preparation for the plant, coordination with the corporate HR for PMS drive. To arrange soft skills trainings, need base training and support corporate L & D team for the training and development activities, EHS training facilitator.
I) Laisaining:
MIDC, Factory Inspectorate, Labour Commissioner, Employment Exchange, Local Bodies etc.
J) Customer Visits and Audit Compliance:
K) Support System to the Plant Manager and reporting daily, weekly:
To attend production review meetings, action plan compliance and review.
Productivity monitoring, Productivity linked incentive monthly approval and release as per wage agreement.
To work as a Business Partner.
L) Employee Entry and Exit:
To initiate Induction process, Exit formalities, monthly review of F & F, probation, confirmation and retirement/separation reviews.
M) Disciplinary proceedings:
Issuing of notices, to conduct enquires, review of the indiscipline cases monthly, quarterly, annually and report. To look after matters of Conciliation, Industrial court and Labour Court related matters.
