1. Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.
2. Design and manage compensation and benefits structures.
3. Ensure smooth payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements. 4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to meet organizational goals.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
1. Ensure compliance with all labor laws.
2. Handle legal compliance related to employment contracts, audits, and government inspections.
3. Maintain harmonious industrial relations and address labor grievances effectively.
Leadership & Team Management
1. Build and lead a competent HR team.
2. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR staff.

*In-depth knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and data analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (masters degree preferred).
