Industrial Relationship Manager

• Ability to gather evidence of Misconduct / Offences, conduct investigations, align them to the Standing Orders
• Draft Show Cause Notices, Suspension Orders, Issuance of Charge Sheets, Conduct Disciplinary Proceedings (Appointment of Presenting Officer / MR, Enquiry Officer), understanding the nuances of Examination In Chief, Cross Examination, Re-examination of Witnesses
• Preparation of Written Briefs, Preparation of Proposed Penalties, Passing of Final Orders, Handling Appeals and Review at the Disciplinary Stage.

Court/Legal Matters

• Handling Industrial Disputes up to the stage of Adjudication, giving opinions on Awards of the CGIT cum Labour Court, and preparing written briefs for Writs, if any. Knowledge of Labour Laws/Codes is essential.

HR Matters

• Guiding the HR teams by preparing appropriate records and documentation on all initiatives of the Management to drive shop floor production and performance. Understanding of the Code of Conduct of Buyers and keeping the business model in view. Facilitating decisions and appraising the competent teams and authorities.

Union Matters

• Complete legalistic insight in handling of IR particularly the Union and maintaining harmonious IR. Engage in periodic negotiations with them and prepare appropriate documentation on various issues.
