About the Role
As the HR Head, you will lead all workforce (employees), ensuring seamless integration of Industrial Relations (IR) and Human Resources (HR) management. This critical role requires a proven leader who can:
1) Recruitment: Finding and hiring skilled workers and executives.
2) Training and development: Ensuring employees are well-trained and motivated, and that their skills are up to date.
3) Performance management: Appraising employee performance and providing feedback.
4) Work environment: Fostering a safe and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
5) Compensation and benefits: Managing compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
6) Labor laws and regulations: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate HR records.
7) HR administration: Managing HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
8) Employee relations: Managing employee relations and mediating disputes.
9) Guidance and support: Providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters

1) Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HRMS platforms, process automation tools, and data analytics.

4) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

2) Extensive Experience: 18+ years in HR and IR leadership roles within the textiles or allied industries.
3) Proven Expertise: A successful track record of managing large-scale workforces and complex industrial relations.
4) Leadership Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills to inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and foster organizational growth.
5) Proven experience in Textile Industries.
6) Teamworking skills.
7) Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
8) Excellent planning, and delivery of resolution skills.
9) Excellent communication and people skills.
10) Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
11) Strong understanding of Labour Laws (Factories Act), Statutory Compliance (ESIC), Social Compliance (Factory Act), etc. required
