Tpm Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced TPM Head to lead Total Productive Maintenance initiatives at our Pune plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and sustaining TPM practices, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement TPM strategies to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, and efficiency.
• Lead the TPM program across the plant, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Train and mentor cross-functional teams on TPM methodologies and best practices.
• Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and gap analysis to measure the effectiveness of TPM initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to identify and resolve chronic equipment issues.
• Drive key TPM pillars such as Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement in problem-solving.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in implementing and managing TPM in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Strong understanding of TPM principles, tools, and techniques.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing equipment data and driving improvement plans.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
