Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

• Product Knowledge of brakes
• Hands on experience in assembly tool & fixture design
• Hands on experience in assembly processes
• Hands on experience in new product development
• Hands on experience in low cost automations & instrumentation
• Doing daily Root cause analysis & WHY WHY analysis to improve the OEE, productivity, Output / hour.
• Planning and implementing improvement activities & monitoring.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

• Preparation of KK Pillar Presentation every month
• Collection of past losses data
• Whywhy analysis of past and present losses to find out root cause
• Corrective action to solve the losses based on root cause
• Sustenance of the root cause by Kaizens
• Preparation of corrective action plan in 6W2H format

1. Ability to prepare documents, Presentations and to face audits of ISO TS 16948, ISO 14001:2014, & BS OHSAS 18001:2007
2. Ability to prepare documents, Presentations and to face audits
