Senior Manager / AGM- HR, IR & Admin

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing all aspects of HR within a manufacturing facility. They ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage employee relations, and oversee recruitment and development programs.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts and other workplace issues.
• Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing of candidates pertaining to Plant.
• Taking Care of all the Admin related activities pertaining to Plant.
• Liaison with Government Authorities, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having at least 10-15 years of experience of Plant HR / Factory HR.

Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Union Negotiation.
